dudes! this girl and i are participating in this awesome art slam daily project called team diptych. it only lasts for the month of january, which is fab because as much as i love doing daily projects, it's hard to keep motivated through an entire year. this is going to be really fun and while the fike will be taking photos, i will probably flop between mediums. our word for january 1 is liquid. we both start our mornings with it. mine is on the left and fike's is on the right.

Would you hate me forever if I also use "focus"?
Because I was trying to think of a word and I was torn between this one and "confidence" but I'm specifically working on focusing in therapy and I promise I'm not using it just because you are ;).
It's just a very good word.
